Waiting on the Dance Floor

Fingers typing on the keyboard like little

Dancers on the floor

and a place for itself to settle down,

meaning seeks for.

a phrase, a word, or just a letter,

maybe even a dot, or shall we call a

hammer?

“the circle is broken,” said the Poet

to the center throw and show it!

you & I, what do we know about stars?

just blurry lights of our memoirs

then what it is all about – said she

if there is a meaning, to what degree

… my being, my silence posed answers,

now it’s the turn of my little Dancers’
